Mae Jones is a media and production company dedicated to creating digital and print content that radically refocuses the narrative of "luxury" and presents it through a more diverse lens. Representation for the underrepresented. Mae Jones embodies fashion, beauty, art, travel, and culture. Serving as a source of inspiration, creativity, and discovery, Mae Jones builds community and amplifies the voices of the Black creatives and tastemakers shaping these industries.
Founded by creative director Kristen Turner and supported by a team of wonderfully diverse photographers, videographers, models, hair and makeup artists, writers, producers, and other creatives, the work of Mae Jones has been acknowledged by the Los Angeles Times, the CFDA, and Business of Fashion.
ABOUT KRISTEN TURNER
Kristen Turner is a Los Angeles-based creative director that began her fashion career as a celebrity wardrobe stylist. She's worked in the fashion industry for over a decade and has produced content for Nordstrom Rack, Swarovski Crystal, and other fashion brands. In early 2020, Kristen founded Mae Jones on a mission to diversify the fashion and beauty industries.
Mae Jones is named to honor her Grandmothers and is a combination of their names.
